Planning for the second stage of the urban renewal of Wynyard Quarter on Auckland’s waterfront has been honoured with a prestigious international award in the United States.
The award relates to a 3.5 hectare block in the heart of Wynyard Quarter, known as the central precinct, where construction is now underway on up to 500 townhouses and apartments and 48,000 square metres of commercial spaces.

Construction of 132 Halsey began in November 2015 and the first residences are expected to be complete from early-mid 2018.
